Once a customer pays for the pro membership and/or a la carte trainings, we are giving them access to extensive trainings worth thousands of dollars. Anticipating their monthly payments allows us to offset significant cost that it has taken to deliver the content, recordings, and time invested by way of travel, technology, meetings, and equipment needed to produce these high-level trainings.
Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 7 days after the member has registered for the pro membership or trainings. If members cancel within 7 days of registering, they will receive a full refund; but any member seeking to cancel their monthly membership after 7 days will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. We will, however, cancel any future payments.
Again, this is due to the extreme cost it takes to deliver this content.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to use the content you purchased through no fault of Business Labs Pro (and after 7 days have passed since the purchase), no refund will be given.
Due to the cost and planning involved in hosting an event of this size, all sales are final. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
